Delivery within 3-10 days
We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 3-10 working days of us confirming receipt of your order. Although this time frame is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Signature Required Delivery
All delivery orders will be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained for your security. If you are not at home a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time with you.
Physical delivery address required
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address so please provide a physical address. Delivery will be by courier, please be aware that once your order has been uplifted by the Courier the delivery is controlled by them. We will try our utmost to have your order available for delivery within the desired time-frame. The risk of any loss, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery. Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service and we will supply this information should it be required.
Australia delivery
We also deliver to Australia. Choose Standard shipping at checkout. The configured shipping rate is NZ$75; Australian orders are checked out in AUD, with the shipping charge converted and displayed at checkout. Please review the final shipping amount before placing your order.
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Signature and delivery address: Our delivery guidance requires a signature and a physical delivery address, rather than a PO Box. Please provide an address where someone can receive your order.
Duties and import taxes: Our Australia checkout is configured to calculate and add applicable duties and import taxes at checkout, with delivery duty paid. Please review any charges shown in your checkout total before completing your order.
