No. Country pans have a wooden handle, which isn’t designed to go in the oven, so we recommend using them on the cooktop only . They work on all cooktops, including induction, gas, ceramic and electric.

Heat the pan gradually over a low to medium heat. Cast iron holds heat so well that you rarely need high heat. Let it cool before washing, as cold water on a hot pan can damage it. Hand wash in warm, soapy water with a soft sponge, avoiding the dishwasher, steel wool and harsh abrasives. Dry thoroughly, including the wooden handle, and store it dry. Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the non-stick surface. Our frying pan care guide has more tips.

Your Country pan is covered for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use for 5 years. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, including gradual wear of the non-stick surface, or damage from overheating, drops or not following the care instructions. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act also apply.
