Is Swiss Diamond Premium Steel cookware induction compatible and oven safe?

Yes. Swiss Diamond Premium Steel cookware is made from 18/10 stainless steel and works on induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen cooktops. It's oven safe up to 260°C, so you can sear on the stovetop and finish in the oven in the same pan.

How do I stop food sticking to a stainless steel frying pan?

Preheat your Swiss Diamond Premium Steel pan on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Flick in a few drops of water: when they bead up and dance across the surface, the pan is ready. Add your oil, then the food, and leave meat or fish alone until it releases naturally before turning it.

Is Swiss Diamond dishwasher safe?

Swiss Diamond Premium Steel pots and pans are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to keep them looking their best. The Swiss Diamond Wood Fibre Chopping Board is also dishwasher safe. The acacia butcher's blocks are solid wood, so hand wash them and oil them regularly.

Which Swiss Diamond chopping board should I choose?

Choose a Swiss Diamond Long Grain or Herringbone Acacia Butcher's Block for everyday chopping and serving: it's 3 cm thick, knife friendly and looks great on the table. Choose the Swiss Diamond Wood Fibre Chopping Board for raw meat and quick jobs: it's slim, non-porous, heat resistant to 180°C and dishwasher safe. Many New Zealand kitchens use one of each.
