Who is Spring?

Spring is a Swiss cookware brand founded in 1946 by brothers Arthur and Hermann Spring. It's known for premium multilayer pots and pans shaped by professional chefs and fine hospitality, and for its Swiss fondue and raclette sets. Today Spring is part of the family-owned Küchenprofi Group in Solingen, Germany, alongside Zassenhaus and Cilio.

Is Spring cookware suitable for induction?

Yes. Spring Brigade Ultimate frying pans and the Meridian Intense range are induction compatible and also work on other conventional cooktops. Spring's multilayer construction spreads heat quickly and evenly from the base up the walls, giving you precise temperature control from searing to gentle low-heat cooking.

Are Spring Brigade Ultimate frying pans PFAS-free?

Yes. Spring Brigade Ultimate frying pans have a PFAS-free and BPA-free non-stick surface that releases food easily and makes clean-up simple. They're available in New Zealand in sizes from 20 cm to 32 cm.

How do I look after a Spring non-stick frying pan?

Cook on low to medium heat, as Spring's multilayer base spreads heat so well that you rarely need high heat. Use wooden or silicone utensils, let the pan cool before washing, then hand wash in warm soapy water with a soft sponge and dry it well. See our guide on how to clean and look after your frying pans. Any warranty claim for Spring is handled locally by Michael Joyce Ltd. See our warranty page.
