WMF Profi Resist Ultimate Frying Pan

The Ultimate Profi Resist pairs a ceramic non-stick coating with a stainless steel honeycomb protection grid that runs right up to the rim. The grid shields the coating from scratches, so you get easy food release with far more durability than a standard non-stick pan. It’s made from matt stainless steel with WMF’s TransTherm base for fast, even heating, and it’s ideal for short, high-heat frying and searing.

Yes. The stainless steel honeycomb grid protects the ceramic coating, so metal spatulas and tongs are safe to use.

Yes. The Ultimate Profi Resist is suitable for all cooktops, including induction, gas, ceramic and electric.

Yes, it’s oven safe up to 250°C, so you can sear on the cooktop and finish in the oven.

Yes, it’s dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing in warm, soapy water to keep the coating at its best for longer.

Preheat the pan gradually over a low to medium heat with a little oil or butter, then turn it up once it’s warm. Avoid heating the pan empty on high, which can damage the coating. Let it cool before washing,

The range includes a 24cm frying pan, a 28cm frying pan and a 28cm deep frying pan, which is great for sautéing and one-pan meals.

Your pan is covered for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use 15 years. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, including gradual wear of the non-stick coating over time, or damage from overheating, accidents or not following the care instructions. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act also apply.
