The WMF Spitzenklasse Plus 20cm Carving Knife is designed with a long, slender blade profile that gives it the reach and control required for clean, precise carving. Its streamlined 20cm blade allows smooth slicing through roasts, poultry and larger cuts of meat, helping produce even slices without excessive pressure.
The design carries the strong, traditional character of the Spitzenklasse Plus collection. The polished blade flows through a substantial forged bolster into the distinctive black riveted handle, giving the knife its classic professional European appearance. We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 3-10 working days of us confirming receipt of your order. Although this time frame is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Signature Required Delivery
All delivery orders will be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained for your security. If you are not at home a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time with you.
Physical delivery address required
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address so please provide a physical address. Delivery will be by courier, please be aware that once your order has been uplifted by the Courier the delivery is controlled by them. We will try our utmost to have your order available for delivery within the desired time-frame. The risk of any loss, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery. Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service and we will supply this information should it be required.
Delivery only within New Zealand
Currently, we do not deliver outside New Zealand.
Returns
We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something you purchased from our website, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
All items must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packaging and you must include proof of purchase from Michael Joyce, there are no exceptions to these conditions.

If any items arrive to you damaged please contact us at sales@michaeljoyce.co.nz within 2 days of delivery. Replacement of damaged items will be made by us at no charge to you but is subject to availability. If a suitable replacement or exchange item is not available within a reasonable time we will refund the full purchase price.
