WMF Grand Gourmet Carving Knife 20cm
The WMF Grand Gourmet 20cm Carving Knife combines a long, streamlined blade with the collection’s distinctive seamless stainless-steel design. Its narrow 20cm profile is specifically shaped for smooth, controlled slicing, giving the knife the reach required to carve roasts, poultry, ham and larger cuts of meat into clean, even portions.
Compared with the broader Grand Gourmet chef’s knife, the carving knife has a noticeably slimmer and more elongated blade. This reduces resistance as the blade moves through meat and allows longer, cleaner slicing strokes rather than a chopping action.
The blade flows through the substantial bolster into Grand Gourmet’s beautifully sculpted stainless-steel handle, creating an uninterrupted visual line from tip to handle. With no traditional rivets or separate handle scales, the knife has a sophisticated, contemporary appearance that feels equally at home in a professional or modern domestic kitchen.

We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 3-10 working days of us confirming receipt of your order. Although this time frame is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Signature Required Delivery
All delivery orders will be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained for your security. If you are not at home a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time with you.
Physical delivery address required
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address so please provide a physical address. Delivery will be by courier, please be aware that once your order has been uplifted by the Courier the delivery is controlled by them. We will try our utmost to have your order available for delivery within the desired time-frame. The risk of any loss, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery. Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service and we will supply this information should it be required.
Delivery only within New Zealand
Currently, we do not deliver outside New Zealand.
Returns
We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something you purchased from our website, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
All items must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packaging and you must include proof of purchase from Michael Joyce, there are no exceptions to these conditions.
As all our deliveries are freight free you will pay for the cost of returning the goods to us by courier to : Michael Joyce Ltd, 19 Westmoreland St West, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021
If any items arrive to you damaged please contact us at sales@michaeljoyce.co.nz within 2 days of delivery. Replacement of damaged items will be made by us at no charge to you but is subject to availability. If a suitable replacement or exchange item is not available within a reasonable time we will refund the full purchase price.
