Founded in Solingen in 1993, a city with a long heritage of precision metalwork, Cilio has built its reputation on combining quality materials with considered, functional design. The Laura reflects that ethos: a heat-resistant borosilicate glass carafe paired with a polished stainless-steel lid, handle, and plunger assembly, built to look good on any worktop and to last considerably longer than a budget cafetière.
The Laura's stainless-steel plunger and filter assembly presses smoothly and cleanly, and the secure-fit polished lid keeps heat in during the steep. It also works equally well for brewing loose-leaf tea, making it a versatile addition to any kitchen.

If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Signature Required Delivery
All delivery orders will be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained for your security. If you are not at home a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time with you.
Physical delivery address required
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address so please provide a physical address. Delivery will be by courier, please be aware that once your order has been uplifted by the Courier the delivery is controlled by them. We will try our utmost to have your order available for delivery within the desired time-frame. The risk of any loss, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery. Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service and we will supply this information should it be required.

Returns
We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something you purchased from our website, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
All items must be returned in original, unused condition with the original packaging and you must include proof of purchase from Michael Joyce, there are no exceptions to these conditions.

If any items arrive to you damaged please contact us at sales@michaeljoyce.co.nz within 2 days of delivery. Replacement of damaged items will be made by us at no charge to you but is subject to availability. If a suitable replacement or exchange item is not available within a reasonable time we will refund the full purchase price.
